Sorry for not replying, I wasn't on newgrounds for awhile. I was trying to recreate the kinda storm thing that appears around the pokemon when they evolve in legends arceus. I wasn't too happy with it at the time but I left it in cause it was part of my idea for the piece and I can at least look back and see what i've done before and what I did like and didn't!
